Meet Co-Founder & Coach Ms. Chaneyra Valentine... Chanerya. is a Baton Rouge native attending Southern University A & M College majoring in Biology. Chaneyra’s formal dance training began at the age of 4. She has been mentored by Trudie Osterberger (Dance by Trudie), Shawn Legarde, Avery D. Wilson, Nancy Lynch, Britt Henderson Dawson & Jonas Vanderbilt. She specializes in jazz, hip-hop, modern, contemporary dance and team dance coaching. She is a former Captain of the Southern Lab Dancing Dolls in Baton Rouge, La. and past member of the Southern University Gold N’ Bluez under the leadership of Mr. Jonas Vanderbilt. She has held many dance camps for high school dancers and choreographed dances for all ages under the leadership of Avery D. Wilson. Her stage and production credits include JAMBO, What You Believe, Color Purple, Soulful Sounds of Christmas & Debbie Allen's Derek's Song under New Venture Theatre. Chaneyra was also a featured dancer in Cupid – Swagger Line Dance Video.Coach Chanerya will be our Social Media Specialist!
